Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes, BMJ Construction delivers projects of all sizes — from villas, duplexes and renovations to offices, retail spaces, and civil works.
Do you provide turnkey solutions or just construction?
We offer both. For clients who prefer a hassle-free experience, our turnkey design & build service covers everything from planning approval and architectural drawings to final handover. We also work on specific construction-only contracts if you already have plans.
How do you price a project?
We prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) after a site visit and briefing. This ensures transparent line-by-line pricing, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Do you work across the whole island?
Yes. Our teams cover projects across Mauritius — North, South, East, West, and the central plateau. We also consider projects in Rodrigues upon request.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Once we receive your request and project details, we usually schedule a site visit within a few days. A complete proposal and costing is typically ready within 7–10 working days, depending on project complexity.
